We had high winds today too, so much so that I had trouble taking pictures of a couple of my flowering plants. I’ve seen so many gardens (such as yours) with toad lilies – I have a lot of shady areas and I think I am being given a hint as to what to plant for next year. Happy GBBD.

I couldn’t include everything that was blooming that day, either. The winds really whipped through our for a couple of days.

Thank you! That wasn’t an arranged thing, either. I love it when composition and light come together in happy accidents.

There’s still some lovely colour in your garden.

thank you! The winds were so high that day that I couldn’t really take a lot of pictures of the other color in the garden. Hard to believe that everything is buttoning up for the winter. Where did summer go??
